Boy Scout Bike Rodeo - Sat Aug 22nd

The Scouts have asked CAMBC to help out with a bike rodeo on Saturday. We'll be teaching the scouts how to change tires, lube chains, tighten quick releases, safety issues, shifting weight for up hill vs down, and going on a short ride.

Right now there are three CAMBC members helping out with the "coaching". We sorta got it covered but if this is something you want in on, then please drop me an email or hit me here for additional info.

Unfortunately for everyone elses kids this event is open only to the Scouts, but stay tuned for our annual Take a Kid Mountain Biking Day which is coming up shortly. If you can organize a group of kids, we could probably pull off a similar event for your group.
